System Access Security protects the system of unauthorised users by Domain, Username, Password, IP Address and Datetime of all user actions:
selecting, inserting, editing or deleting data. All authorised users must know four data as: Domain Name, their Username and Password,
and company's administrator is able to assign IP address to a user. Let's say that unauthorized user find out mentioned four data
(the most probably that he/she borrowed it from someone) and access your system, what he/she could make damage.
Having in mind the system tracks all actions, all changed or deleted data could be reverted (by UNDO function).

Business.ERP.1 features Work Measurement that provides measurement of staff's work, increases data accuracy having
in mind awareness of staff that the system tracks all actions. After login, follows the menu path: Administration -> Data Entry Log View
and you will see the log table for all actions of users from your company. The log table contains: Form Name, Data Status (Stat)
and Date and Time of all Inserted new records (Active Records), changed and deleted records, as well as all run reports.

Data Entry Relaxing provides easy and relaxes data entry by storing all changed and deleted records, which are always reachable as
a particular record or total view by using Changes and Deletion History. No data will be lost.

Alert Management integrates all messages, comments, remarks or memos, which are associated to master documents, as Personnel Record,
Material Record, Purchase and Sale Documents, etc.
|
|
|
Really necessary comments, remarks related to particular documents may be used as Alerts, addressed messages. You have opportunities to enter
or avoid Receiver data, even that you are a Receiver when you want to have remainder for some action.

|
|
If you have a message in your "inbox", you will be alerted and requested to confirm reading the message, by click on [Confirm] button.
After confirming your sender will be advised that you received his/her message. Please, follow menu path Administration -> Alert Management
to browse all messages sent by you, as well as sent to you.
